The Little Sweatshop of Thoughts

i spend a fat load of my time wondering what to wear and how best not to look fat. it has to be chic and fashionable and the whole look has to be put together rather effortlessly – not the 3 hours of planning and pulling my ‘oh-my-god-i-have-no-clothes’ wardrobe apart. i do admit i trawl fashion websites from time to time to see how others wear things, especially looking at those expensive-looking but oh-so-cheap stuff… but then again whether i accomplish what i set out to do… is debatable when i throw in other factors such as my own size relative to the skinny, tall and perfectly groomed models, the amount of time i have to blow dry my hair, put on some makeup and make sure clothes have no stains… there are also other HUGE factors of the follicular kind but i’ll leave them out.

so the big worry for today is that i have to dress casually for school but not so casually since i got to head to my future workplace to sign my contract. i have certain pieces in mind but they are all iffy in certain ways. why does it have to be so hard to look cool for school and chic for work? argh.

totally random statement: this was supposed to be a damn blog to show that i am so beyond all the stuff that bugged me and i am now being this cool zen person who is in control. argh. not cute.
